🏠 House Wash Coming Soon!

Date: Thursday 22nd January 2026

The House & Building Wash Company will be conducting exterior cleaning services at Parry Terraces.

To prepare, by 7:30am Thursday morning please ensure:

  • All windows & doors are closed
  • Laundry, soft furnishings, and doormats are brought inside
  • Fragile items and pot plants are removed from decks/balconies
  • Gates and access-ways remain unlocked/clear
  • Vehicles are parked on the road/off site if needed during the day
  • People & pets stay inside or offsite for the duration
  • Height equipment will be used - PLEASE KEEP CLEAR for your safety

♻️ Rubbish Removal

Regular Collection: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday

Green Bin: Available for lawn waste - collected when full

⛔ IMPORTANT: Inorganic items (electrical appliances, furniture, large items) are NOT to be disposed of in regular rubbish. Leaving these in rubbish areas is considered DUMPING. Anyone doing so will receive the bill for required collection services.

If you see dumped items, please email the committee.

Please do NOT park in spaces marked with diagonal lines. These are no-parking zones and must be kept clear at all times. See the parking rules for full details.
